1. This competition ("Competition") is not open to employees or ex-employees of Millside Heating Services Ltd or their family members or their relatives, nor suppliers of Millside Heating Services Ltd or their families or relatives.
2. The prize ("Prize") is a single domestic boiler service ("Service") which will be carried out at any location in the UK, subject to the terms stated below.
3. The Prize does not include the cost of any replacement parts which are required as a result of the Service.
4. Millside Heating Services Ltd's travel costs are not included in the prize. Travel cost will be charged over a 50 mile radius from Millside Heating Services Ltd's base location.
5. Only one entry per household allowed. This includes entries made by mobile phone text message.
6. Prize winner must have gained prior consent of the householder for whom the Service is to be carried out.
7. Prize is non-transferable and there is no cash alternative.
8. By entering the Competition, entrants agree to be bound by these competition rules.
9. Millside Heating Services Ltd reserves the right to cancel or amend the Competition or these Rules at any time without prior notice. Any changes will be posted on this web page.
10. Millside Heating Services Ltd reserves the right to disqualify any entrant if it has reasonable grounds to believe the entrant has breached any of these terms and conditions.
11. Millside Heating Services Ltd cannot accept any responsibility for any damage, loss, injury or disappointment suffered by any entrant entering the competition or as a result of accepting any prize. Millside Heating Services Ltd is not responsible for any problems or technical malfunction of computer on-line systems, servers, or providers, computer equipment, software failure of any email or entry to be received on account of technical problems or traffic congestion on the Internet, telephone lines or at any web site, or any combination thereof, including any injury or damage to entrant’s or any other person’s computer or mobile telephone related to or resulting from participation in the Competition.
